Bus Trip Terms & Conditions – Zach Bryan Belfast
- Ticket Price
- The cost of a seat on the bus is €35 per person.
- A seat is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Payment Deadline
- Payment must be made within 24 hours of making a booking request.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled and the seat offered to another passenger.
- Non-Refundable Tickets
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if a passenger can no longer attend the event.
- Passengers may transfer their seat to another person, subject to prior approval from the organiser.
- Departure & Return
- Departure times and pickup locations will be communicated before the trip.
- Passengers are responsible for arriving at the pickup point on time.
- The bus will depart at the scheduled time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
- Event Tickets
- The €35 payment covers transport only unless otherwise stated.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid ticket for the Zach Bryan concert.
- Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards other passengers and the driver.
- Any passenger causing disruption, damage, or behaving in an unsafe manner may be refused travel or removed from the bus without refund.
- Liability
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- The organiser is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Changes or Cancellation
- If the trip is cancelled by the organiser, passengers will receive a full refund of the transport fee.
- The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to departure times or pickup locations if necessary.
- Acceptance
- By booking and making payment, passengers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
