Terms & Conditions

  1. Ticket Price
    • The cost of a seat is €35 per person, unless otherwise stated.
    • A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  2. Payment Deadline
    • Payment must be made within 24 hours of making a booking request unless otherwise agreed.
    • If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled and the seat offered to another passenger.
  3. Non-Refundable Bookings
    • All bookings are non-refundable.
    • If you can no longer travel, you may transfer your seat to another person, subject to prior approval from S. Bowhan Travel.
  4. Departure
    • Departure times and pickup locations will be confirmed before the trip.
    • Passengers are responsible for arriving at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure.
    • The bus will depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
  5. Concert Tickets
    • The bus fare covers transport only.
    • Passengers are responsible for purchasing and carrying a valid ticket for the Lewis Capaldi concert at Boucher Playing Fields.
  6. Passenger Conduct
    • Passengers must behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the journey.
    • Any passenger whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, or disruptive may be refused travel or removed from the bus without refund.
  7. Personal Belongings
    • S. Bowhan Travel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left on the bus or brought on the journey.
  8. Delays & Changes
    • Every effort will be made to operate the service as advertised.
    • S. Bowhan Travel is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
    • If the trip is cancelled by S. Bowhan Travel, a full refund of the transport fare will be provided.
  9. Acceptance
    • By booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
