S. Bowhan Travel – Bus Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment
● Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
● A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
2. Ticket Price
● Ticket prices are quoted per person.
● Any applicable online payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe fees) may be added at checkout where applicable.
3. No Refunds or Transfers
● All ticket sales are non-refundable.
● Tickets are non-transferable to another concert, event, or travel date.
● If you are unable to travel for any reason, no refund, credit or exchange will be provided.
4. Passenger Responsibility
● Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up point on time.
● The coach will depart at the advertised departure time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
● Failure to attend or missing the coach does not entitle the passenger to a refund.
5. Behaviour
● Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver and fellow passengers at all times.
● S. Bowhan Travel reserves the right to refuse travel or remove any passenger whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, unsafe, or likely to cause damage or disruption. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
6. Alcohol & Illegal Substances
● Alcohol may only be consumed where permitted by law and at the driver’s discretion.
● Illegal drugs or prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
● Anyone who is excessively intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances may be refused travel without refund.
7. Personal Property
● All luggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at the owner’s risk.
● S. Bowhan Travel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings left on the vehicle or during the journey.
8. Liability
● S. Bowhan Travel will not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to road traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by third parties, or other unforeseen events.
● Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes or Cancellation
● In the unlikely event that S. Bowhan Travel must cancel a service, passengers will be offered either a full refund of the ticket price or an alternative service where available.
● S. Bowhan Travel reserves the right to alter pick-up times or locations where necessary. Passengers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Travel Delays
● Arrival and return times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Acceptance
● Purchasing a ticket confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
