S. Bowhan Travel

1. Ticket Purchase & Use
   
   • Tickets must be purchased from authorized agents or directly from S. Bowhan Travel.
   • Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and route printed on them.
   • Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented upon request.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
   
   • Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before departure.
   • No refunds will be issued for missed departures or late arrivals.
   • In the event of a cancellation by S. Bowhan Travel, passengers may request a full refund or rebooking.

   • Passenger Conduct
     
     • All passengers must follow driver and staff instructions.
     • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
     • Passengers who behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be refused travel without refund.

     • Luggage Policy
       
       • Each passenger is allowed one standard piece of luggage and one small hand-carry item.
       • S. Bowhan Travel is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items unless caused by proven company negligence.
       • Dangerous or prohibited items (flammables, weapons, hazardous materials) are not permitted.

       • Liability
         
         • The company will take reasonable care to ensure safe and timely transportation.
         • S. Bowhan Travel is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
         • Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents, health, and insurance.

           • By purchasing a ticket and boarding the bus, the passenger acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full
